Charlie Sheen’s “Two and a Half Men” Character May Be Killed Off After All

A while back we heard that CHARLIE SHEEN’S “Two and a Half Men” character, Charlie Harper, would NOT be killed off.  Mainly because it’s a comedy, and there’s really no reason to lay anything that heavy on the fans.

–But now, TMZ claims that creator Chuck Lorre IS going to kill Charlie off, just to ensure that he can NEVER return to the show.

–Supposedly, the producers are kicking around several death scenarios, including having Charlie drive his car off a cliff.

–Then ASHTON KUTCHER’S character would join the show by purchasing the house . . . which belonged to Charlie.

Prince Harry Is NOT Sharing Himself With Pippa Middleton

Everybody seems to want PRINCE HARRY to get with his sexy new sister-in-law, PIPPA MIDDLETON.  But it’s not happening.  At least not now.

–According to London’s “Daily Mail” tabloid, he told a bunch of people at a concert, quote, “Pippa?  Ha!  No, I am not seeing anyone at the moment.  I’m working a lot at the moment, so dating and watching TV are the last things I have time for.”

Tom Hanks Says “Toy Story 4″ Will Happen

We were told that “Toy Story 3″ would be the last full-length “Toy Story” adventure.  That’s probably not true.

–During a British TV interview, TOM HANKS was asked if there will be a fourth movie.  He said, quote, “I think there will be, yeah . . . I think they’re working on it now.  There you go.”

(–A “Toy Story” short called “Hawaiian Vacation” is playing in theaters now, before “Cars 2″.)

The Finalists from “The Voice” Will Tour This Summer

Guess what?  NBC’s “The Voice” is getting its own tour.

–According to the “Hollywood Reporter”, the tour will feature the eight finalists . . . Beverly McClellan, Vicci Martinez, Dia Frampton, Javier Colon, Nakia, Xenia, Casey Weston and Frenchie Davis.

–The celebrity “coaches” are not coming along, which isn’t all that surprising . . . although it would’ve made the tour a whole lot more interesting.

–No dates have been announced yet.

Tuesday TV Reminders

–“The Voice” [The Finals] . . . 9:00 to 11:00 P.M. on NBC.  (–Pitbull and Ne-Yo perform “Give Me Everything”, Brad Paisley sings “Don’t Drink the Water” with Blake Shelton, and the four coaches do “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”)

There was a pretty awkward moment at last night’s “BET Awards” involving RIHANNA and CHRIS BROWN.  Fortunately, it wasn’t a face-to-face meeting, because Rihanna wasn’t there.

–What happened was that a young woman who’d won a contest was brought onstage to announce the winner of the night’s Viewers’ Choice Award.

–And she was supposed to get the winner’s name off of a fancy new Sprint device she was holding.  But something got messed up somehow.  She looked down at the tablet, then up at what we assume was a Teleprompter.

–She had a confused look on her face as she announced Chris Brown as the winner for “Look at Me Now”.  Then moments later, she corrected herself and said it was actually Rihanna for “What’s My Name”.

–So then DRAKE took the stage to accept the award, since he’s on the track.  He started off his speech by saying, quote, “That was awkward.”

–But that wasn’t the end of it.  The show went to commercial, and when they came back, the host announced that Chris Brown DID win the award after all.

–After taking massive heat from anonymous jerks on Twitter, the poor girl Tweeted, quote, “Bawling backstage.  They totally [effed] me up.”

(–It doesn’t seem like it was her fault anyway.  My best guess is that her Sprint gizmo said “Chris Brown”, while the Teleprompter said “Rihanna”.  What was she supposed to do?)

–Chris Brown ended up winning the most awards of the night with FOUR.

Neil Patrick Harris Is Going to Get Gay Married . . . Because He Finally Can!

As I’m sure you’ve heard by now, the state of New York officially legalized gay marriage on Friday.  And on Saturday, NEIL PATRICK HARRIS announced that he and his boyfriend, DAVID BURTKA, are taking advantage of it.

–He Tweeted, quote, “David and I did propose to each other, but over five years ago!  We’ve been wearing engagement rings for ages, waiting for an available date.”

–On Friday, after the law passed, he Tweeted, quote, “It PASSED!  Marriage equality in NY!!  Yes!!  Progress!!  Thank you everyone who worked so hard on this!!  A historic night!!”

–Earlier Friday, BEFORE the law had passed, he said, quote, “I’d sure love to get married.  Please, NY Senate, vote in favor of marriage equality today.  My family would really appreciate it.”

–Neil and David are parents to fraternal twins Gideon and Harper . . . who were born via surrogate last October.

Ron Artest Is Changing His Name to “Metta World Peace” Because He Wants to Be Inspirational

RON ARTEST spoke with TMZ Friday about his decision to change his name to METTA WORLD PEACE.  Metta is a Buddhist concept meaning loving and kindness.  And Ron said he’s doing it because he wants to be INSPIRATIONAL.

–He said, quote, “It’s all about, like, star power . . . that positive energy . . . It’s about just doing different things and being inspirational.  I love being inspirational, you know, and I got a lot of good things going on in my life right now.”

–Ron also admitted that he kept the name change so secret that his wife didn’t even know about it until she heard it from the media.

–When she did, she called him and said, quote, “I hope you don’t think I’m changing my name.”

“Cars 2″ Made Over Twice as Much Money as “Bad Teacher” This Weekend

“Cars 2″ won the weekend box office with $68 million.  Which isn’t surprising, considering every Pixar movie ever made has come in at #1.

>>Humane Society Fighting Cat Virus

(Indianapolis, IN)  –  The Humane Society of Indianapolis is hoping that community support can save the lives of more than one hundred sick cats.  Shelter officials say they need bleach, paper towels, cat food, litter and other items as they work to treat 114 cats who are in quarantine.  Director of Shelter Operations Christine Jeschke says they were forced to euthanize 65 cats over the past ten days who suffered symptoms of FCV, a virus similar to the common cold in humans.  Jeschke says the mutated virus has lessened in intensity over the past day or so.  Meanwhile, only a handful of non-quarantined cats are available for adoption.

 Even if you’ve been with someone for a while, you might still be wondering if they’re “THE ONE.”  It’s hard to know for sure, but here are ten signs that you might be meant for each other . . .

 #1.)  YOU TELL EACH OTHER SECRETS.  Sharing intimate details about yourself is a big part of a successful relationship.  And being able to truly trust someone else with those details is even more important.

  #2.)  YOU CAN BE VULNERABLE AROUND EACH OTHER.  If something’s going to go long-term, then you’re going to be together on the good days AND the bad days.  And if someone can make your bad days better, that’s a good sign. 

 #3.)  YOU RESPECT EACH OTHER.  If you spend enough time with someone, eventually they’re going to irritate you.  But when you respect someone, you won’t want to change who they are.  And they’ll have qualities that you wish YOU had too.

 #4.)  YOU BOTH WANT TO MEET THE PARENTS.  This one’s obvious.  If you’re excited to show someone off, it means you think your parents will like them too.

 #5.)  YOU’RE NOT AFRAID TO DISAGREE.  When you can disagree without getting in an argument, it shows that you’re comfortable being yourself.  And that you know the other person will take your opinions seriously.

 #6.)  YOU MAKE EACH OTHER LAUGH.  If you can crack each other up every now and then, it will REALLY help you through tough times.

 #7.)  SILENCE ISN’T AWKWARD.  If the TV’s off, there’s no music on, and there’s really nothing to talk about . . . it STILL shouldn’t be awkward.  You should feel completely comfortable no matter what.

 #8.)  YOU’RE STILL ATTRACTED TO EACH OTHER.  If you’ve been together with someone a while and you still catch yourself staring, it means there’s a genuine physical chemistry.

 #9.)  YOU’RE NOT TOO JEALOUS.  Let’s be clear.  A LITTLE jealousy can be a good thing.  But not too much.  If you trust someone else enough to let them have a sense of independence, staying together for a long time won’t be so difficult.

 #10.)  YOU FEEL LIKE YOU MAKE EACH OTHER BETTER PEOPLE.  It might be true, it might not be.  But just FEELING that way is important.

Two Saturdays ago, a meteor entered the atmosphere and burst into flames over Johannesburg, South Africa.

–A few days later, officials with the Johannesburg Planetarium asked witnesses to send in video of the meteor, and on Wednesday the footage was posted online.

–Now, South African officials are trying to determine where the meteor landed in order to examine its remains. (Daily Telegraph / Sun)
