UPDATE 12:45PM:  All other bands are in town and ready to rock tonight!  Doors will still open at 5:30.  The Elms will now open the show at 6:55pm.

UPDATE 12:30PM:  I’m sorry to announce that Vedera has cancelled their Jingle Jam appearance tonight.  The band just called me from the airport in Corpus Christi, Texas.  They’ve been waiting since 4:00am but all flights are cancelled or delayed due to weather.  They even looked at driving to Houston for a flight, but can’t get one to Indy in time to play.  Vedera apologizes for the cancellation and promises to make it up to everyone with a Z99.5 concert in early 2010.

Z99.5’s annual Jingle Jam concert is tonight at the Murat Theatre, and it’s going to be one of our biggest ever!  All-American Rejects, Barenaked Ladies, Five for Fighting, Vedera, and The Elms all scheduled to perform.  Unfortunately, we sold out a couple weeks ago.  You might get lucky and find some last minute tickets after we release “artist holds” (you know, tickets the band ask us to save but never use).

Paul Poteet’s forecast says it will be cold and windy.  We may have some flurries early in the evening, clearing later with an overnight low in the teens!  Drive safely, roads may be icy and there is a high wind advisory in effect all day.
