We do a segment on wednesday mornings on the Smiley Morning Show called “Get LOST in 30 seconds”. The TV show Lost is so hard to follow and the shows are so long! The Smiley Morning Show gets you all caught up in 30 seconds (or so) the following morning.

It’s the girlfriends b-day today….so I am doing a trial run of her b-day dinner. Its a recipe we found in the Channel 13 (WTHR) Sunrise Cookbook ‘09. check out the recipe of “tomato Vegetable Casserole” submitted by channel 13’s Anne Marie Tiernon.

I am tired. No sleep. Had fun at jingle jam last night.
