–Police say Justin’s black Ferrari was rear-ended by a Honda Civic.  Nobody was injured, and there was no damage to either vehicle.

Daryl Hannah Got Arrested in Front of the White House for Protesting a Planned Oil Pipeline

DARYL HANNAH was among about 100 people who were arrested during a protest outside the White House yesterday.

–They were protesting a proposed oil pipeline that’s going to run from Canada to the U.S. Gulf Coast . . . hitting Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas along the way.

–Hannah and her fellow protesters were cuffed because they sat on the sidewalk near the White House and refused to move when U.S. Park Police told them to.

–Before her arrest, Hannah told reporters, quote, “Sometimes it’s necessary to sacrifice your freedom for a greater freedom.

–”And we want to be free from the horrible death and destruction that fossil fuels cause, and have a clean energy future.”

–Daryl was arrested two years ago while protesting mountaintop coal mining in West Virginia . . . and three years before that, she was arrested for protesting the planned destruction of an urban farm in Los Angeles.

Jon Cryer Will Not Participate in the Charlie Sheen Roast

As awesome as it would be, JON CRYER will NOT be participating in the CHARLIE SHEEN roast.  According to “Entertainment Weekly”, Jon won’t have any part in the roast whatsoever . . . but he plans to DVR it, quote, “out of curiosity.”

There was a Bieber Fever emergency yesterday morning, when ALL of JUSTIN BIEBER’S music videos were removed from his official channel . . . because of a bogus copyright claim.

–It sounds like it was the work of a single user going by the name “iLCreation”, who simply went to each of Justin’s videos and submitted a copyright claim.

–From what we’re hearing, YouTube has an “act first, sort it out later” policy when it comes to stuff like this, so one jokester really could bring down anyone’s videos . . . at least temporarily.

–Justin’s videos were immediately restored once YouTube looked into it.  Access to the videos was blocked for about two hours.

–Justin wasn’t the only artist hit . . . this person also had some of LADY GAGA’S videos taken down in the same way.

Beyonce Might Be Due in February

BEYONCÉ didn’t give up many details when she announced her pregnancy Sunday night.  But a so-called “source” says she’s three months along, and due in February.

–Beyoncé is supposed to star in a new version of “A Star is Born” for director CLINT EASTWOOD.  There’s no word yet whether her pregnancy will change that.

–So-called “insiders” say it’s more likely they’ll push the movie back to accommodate her pregnancy . . . especially since they don’t have a male lead yet.  Eastwood’s first choice, LEONARDO DICAPRIO, isn’t doing it.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Went for a Bike Ride . . . Are They Back Together?

Beyonce is Pregnant

BEYONCÉ and JAY-Z are expecting their first child.  Beyoncé showed off her baby bump last night on the “black carpet” of the“MTV Video Music Awards”

–Beyoncé went on to perform “Love on Top” at the “VMAs”.  At the end of her performance, she opened her jacket, threw out her belly and rubbed it.  In the audience, KANYE WEST laughed and grabbed Jay’s shoulders.

–Well, a source told “Access Hollywood” that the new version will have a different host each week.  Justin Bieber already had his turn, which he filmed on Friday.  And his victim, according to the source, was TAYLOR SWIFT.  That’s all we know.

–Okay, so here’s the weird part.  A record producer you’ve never heard of named Kuk Harrell Tweeted on Saturday that Justin and Taylor had written a song together.

Pitbull Didn’t Mean to Dis Lindsay Lohan on “Give Me Everything”, and He Wants Her to Come to the “VMAs” with Him

PITBULL is confused.  LINDSAY LOHAN recently SUED HIM because he name-checked her on “Give Me Everything” . . . where he raps, quote, “Hustlers move in silence, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep blowin’ / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”

–Pitbull says he was “very surprised” when he heard about the lawsuit, because he wasn’t trying to dis her, he was just trying to keep her relevant.  (–Actually, THAT sounds like a dis, even though it’s probably unintentional.)

Dan Aykroyd Says “Ghostbusters 3″ Will Film Next Spring . . . With or Without Bill Murray

The whole “Ghostbusters 3″ will-it-or-won’t-it-happen saga is getting a little tired.  But this is worth noting:

–DAN AYKROYD says the movie is filming next spring . . . WITH OR WITHOUT BILL MURRAY.

–He says, quote, “What we have to remember is that ‘Ghostbusters’ is bigger than any one component, although Billy was absolutely the lead and contributive to it in a massive way, as was the director and Harold [Ramis], myself and Sigourney [Weaver].

–”The concept is much larger than any individual role and the promise of ‘Ghostbusters 3′ is that we get to hand the equipment and the franchise down to new blood.”

“People” magazine drops its big KIM KARDASHIAN wedding issue this week.  They paid a reported $1.5 million for exclusive rights to the photos.

–And the one they put on their cover features Kim and . . . NO KRIS HUMPHRIES.

–A “People” editor explains, quote, “It’s all about the bride.  We wanted her.  It’s her day, we wanted her on the cover.  She added that Kris is so much taller than Kim that it’s, quote, “kind of tough to get them in the [same] shot.”
–Whatever their justification, this might not do Kris any favors in the New Jersey Nets locker room.

–According to the “New York Post”, his teammates are already calling him “Kate Middleton” because he, quote, “married into royalty.”  Being an afterthought to his own wedding isn’t going to help.

–This might help Kris’ ego . . . Kim is reportedly in the process of changing her name to Kim Kardashian-Humphries.  For legal purposes, anyway.  Professionally, she’ll still be known as Kim Kardashian.

Christina Aguilera’s Son Has a Black Eye . . . But She Didn’t Do It

A picture of CHRISTINA AGUILERA with her son Max at Los Angeles International Airport was posted on several websites yesterday.  Which really only attracted attention because Max had a nasty black eye.

–Max is three years old.  And as any parent will tell you, there are about a million ways a kid can get banged up.  And many of them discover every single one before they even get to kindergarten.

–Still, that didn’t stop some websites from speculating about CHILD ABUSE.  One of them was the rarely-reliable MediaTakeOut.com

–It turns out that Max was with his nanny at a park, chasing squirrels, when he tripped over a rock and took a header.  He went to the doctor, but he was fine.  Nothing’s broken and no stitches were necessary.  It’s just a black eye.

–But Christina’s attorney fired off a letter to Media Take Out threatening LEGAL ACTION.  He said, quote, “Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself.

–Media Take Out has since removed any reference to child abuse.

Will and Jada Hung Out Yesterday to Prove They’re Still Together

WILL SMITH and JADA PINKETT hung out together yesterday to prove that they’re still a couple.  They did brunch and shopping in Malibu, and witnesses seemed to agree that it didn’t look like there were any problems.

–At one point, a paparazzo asked Will to comment on the, quote, “ridiculous rumors”.  Will responded, quote, “You just did.”

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Are Not Splitting Up

By now you’ve heard the rumor that WILL SMITH and JADA PINKETT are splitting up.  Well, they say there’s no truth to it at all.

–Here’s their statement . . . quote, “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false.  We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”

–Some websites were reporting that Jada hooked up with MARC ANTHONY . . . who’s on her show “HawthoRNe”.  But Jada’s rep said, quote, “Everything about the Marc Anthony story is completely false.”

–Will’s eldest son Trey also Tweeted that the rumor was bogus.

–Trey is Will’s son from his first marriage.  He’s 18.  Will and Jada have two kids together . . . 13-year-old Jaden and 10-year-old Willow.

–Assuming they’re telling the truth, Will and Jada will celebrate their 14th anniversary on December 31st.

Amy Winehouse Did NOT Have Illegal Drugs in Her System When She Died

This is a little shocking:  AMY WINEHOUSE had NO ILLEGAL DRUGS in her system when she died last month.

–A spokesman for her family said yesterday, quote, “Toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy’s system at the time of her death.”

–The spokesman admitted that there WAS alcohol in her system . . . but said it’s too early to tell if it played a part in her death.  He added, quote, “[The family awaits] the outcome of the inquest [into Amy's death] in October.”

–After Amy’s death on July 23rd, her father MITCH said she’d been off drugs for THREE YEARS, and was working hard to overcome her alcohol addiction.

–One thing the family spokesman did NOT say, however, is whether there were any LEGAL drugs in Amy’s system.

Someone Sent a Suspicious White Powder to Craig Ferguson

Somebody sent a suspicious white powder to “Late Late Show” host CRAIG FERGUSON at CBS Television City yesterday.  It turned out to be harmless, but police are investigating.  They think it was sent from somewhere in Europe.

–Ferguson Tweeted, quote, “Ack! Someone mailed my show white powder & claimed it was anthrax. I’m not a big fan of that sort of thing. #thanks FBI & LAPD & LAFD & CBS security.”

–This happened just days after a supposed Muslim Extremist called for DAVID LETTERMAN’S death on a website frequented by members of al-Qaeda.

Anderson Cooper Says He’s “Always Giggled Like a 13-Year-Old Girl”

Last week, ANDERSON COOPER broke out in a “giggle fit” on his CNN show while talking about GERARD DEPARDIEU peeing on the floor of an airplane.

–If you’ve been wondering what the heck is up with that laugh, Anderson has an explanation for you.

–He tells “Entertainment Weekly”, quote, “I’ve always giggled like a 13-year-old girl at a JUSTIN BIEBER meet-and-greet. There’s nothing I can do about it, but I’ve never NOT been able to stop.

–”I’m a little stunned by how many people have seen that video.  I went to bed telling myself, ‘I doubt anyone will notice the giggle fit.’  I woke up and in the elevator the first thing my building super said to me was, ‘What’s wrong with your laugh?’

David Letterman Joked Last Night About the Death Threats Against Him

DAVID LETTERMAN isn’t worried about the Muslim extremists who want him dead.  In fact, he joked about it last night during his monologue.

–Returning to the air after a two-week vacation, he said, quote, “Tonight, you people are more, to me, honestly, than an audience . . . you’re more like a human shield.”

–He added, quote, “Backstage, I was talking to the guy from CBS.  We were going through the CBS life insurance policy to see if I was covered for jihad.”

–Here’s another one . . . quote, “A guy, a radical extremist threatened to cut my tongue out.  I wish I had a nickel for every time a guy has threatened (that).  I think the first time was during the Academy Awards.”

–As for who’s really behind the threats, he said, quote, “Everybody knows it’s Leno.”

–Dave’s Top 10 list last night was “Top Ten Thoughts That Went Through My Mind After Hearing about the Threat.”

–It included lines like, “Why is the staff in such a good mood?” . . . and “How can someone be so angry at a time when Kim Kardashian is so happy?

Neighbors Tried to Shut Down Kim Kardashian’s Wedding Early

There’s one problem with having your wedding celebration at somebody’s house:  Neighbors.

–And even though KIM KARDASHIAN’S wedding was held at the Montecito, California estate of a Google executive, the neighbors were still too close . . . and the festivities were too loud for their sensitive ears.

–Fire marshals showed up around midnight after receiving a noise complaint, so the music had to be shut down early.

–A source says that KHLOE tried to do something about it, but failed . . . quote, “She was talking to security guards . . . her friend’s family knows the mayor of Montecito and they tried even to get in touch with him.

–”Everyone in the neighborhood knew this wedding was happening.  Just let them have their fun!”

–Interestingly, none of the neighbors would sign a formal complaint, because they didn’t want to be identified.  The party itself went on until 2:00 A.M.

JENNIFER GARNER and BEN AFFLECK are expecting their third child.  There’s no word on the due date.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Are Married

KIM KARDASHIAN and KRIS HUMPHRIES got married Saturday night in front of 440 guests.

–Not surprisingly, the event was LOADED with celebrities.  They included Demi Lovato, Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest andJulianne Hough, Mario Lopez, Ciara, Babyface, Venus and Serena Williams, Kathie Lee Gifford . . .

–Lindsay Lohan, along with her mom Dina and her sister Ali, Avril Lavigne, Scottie Pippen and his wife, Carmelo Anthony,Sugar Ray Leonard, Alan Thicke, Cheryl Burke, and George Lopez.

–Then there was Mark Ballas, who choreographed Kim and Kris’ first dance, which was to Robin Thicke’s “Angels”.  And Thicke was there to perform it in person.

(–Earth, Wind and Fire were also there to perform “September”.)

–Kim’ stepfather BRUCE JENNER walked her down the aisle.  Kim also had a message for her late father, former O.J. SIMPSON attorney ROBERT KARDASHIAN.

Did Lindsay Lohan Get Hammered at Kim Kardashian’s Wedding?

In a way, you almost have to feel sorry for LINDSAY LOHAN.  No matter where she goes from now until the end of time, people are going to be scrutinizing her . . . especially what she’s drinking.  Not that she didn’t bring it on herself, though.

–According to Radar Online, Lindsay was knockin’ ‘em back at KIM KARDASHIAN’S wedding Saturday.  A source says, quote, “She was drinking and partying hard.  I saw her order shots from the bar.”

–Lindsay was with her mom DINA and her sister ALI . . . neither of whom seemed to mind that Lindsay was drinking.  To be fair, though, there are no legal restrictions on Lindsay’s drinking . . . and she wasn’t driving.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Went to Mexico Together . . . But Charlie Says They’re Not Getting Back Together

CHARLIE SHEEN and ex-wife BROOKE MUELLER jetted off to Mexico over the weekend . . . just the two of them, no kids.  And from the pictures we’ve seen, it looks like it could have been a ROMANTIC getaway.

–But Charlie says that’s not the case.  He just took her as a, quote, “birthday / you’re doing great in rehab present”.

–He added that they’re just, quote, “good friends trying to be great parents”, and they’re “working on mending the bridges, replanting scorched Earth.  The goal is harmony.”

Is John Mayer Gorging on Hot Pockets Because He Misses Jennifer Aniston?

–JOHN MAYER is reportedly gorging on junk food because he regrets getting rid of JENNIFER ANISTON.

–According to “Us Weekly”, John is piling on the pounds thanks to such tasty treats as Hot Pockets, pizza bites and Smucker’s Uncrustables.

–A source says, quote, “She was the one who got away.  He’s definitely not thrilled to see Jen in so many photos with a new guy . . . especially one who is a cooler version of him.

–”He’s just eating microwave food and getting chunky.  Seeing Jen happy now isn’t easy.  He cared about her more than any of his other girlfriends.”

Busy Day: Kat Von D Loses Her Reality Show . . . and Regains Her Fiance

KAT VON D had a pretty intense day yesterday.  First, she lost her reality show . . . and then hours later, she reunited with JESSE JAMES.

–First things first:  TLC has announced that they’ve canceled her show “L.A. Ink”, which is currently in its fourth season.  The series finale will air on September 15th.

–But Kat says SHE was the one who pulled the plug.  She told “People” magazine, quote, “In an effort to capitalize on my recent breakup, the network has decided to focus their energy on re-editing events that didn’t happen while filming.

–”I have no regrets and am very proud of the original footage.  In my opinion, any attempt to compromise the honesty of that would be an insult to my fans and viewers.”

–And on Twitter, she added, “I love how me deciding to not continue doing ‘L.A. Ink’, turns into being ‘cancelled.’  Thanks TLC. Regardless of everything I remain grateful.”

–Now, about Jesse . . . He and Kat have made up, and their engagement is back ON.  Literally AS Kat was Tweeting her side of the“L.A. Ink” story, she posted a picture of her and Jesse hugging.

Kim Kardashian’s $20 Million Wedding Happens Tomorrow

–KIM KARDASHIAN reportedly had to cut 50 guests from her wedding because there wasn’t enough room for them.  We’d heard that 1,000 invites went out initially.  Among those getting the boot were family members of BRUCE JENNER’S sister Lisa.

–The wedding goes down tomorrow at the home of venture capitalist Frank Caufield.  It’s got a panoramic view of the Santa Ynez Mountains.  Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato and Venus and Serena Williams are among the celebrities expected to be there.

–Kim’s “Dancing With the Stars” partner MARK BALLAS choreographed what will be the first dance between Kim and KRIS HUMPHRIES as husband and wife.

The “Conan the Barbarian” and “Fright Night” Remakes Hit Theaters Tomorrow

#1.)  “Fright Night“ (R)

This is a remake of the 1985 horror classic about a teenager who’s convinced that his creepy new neighbor is a vampire.  After his mom falls under the vampire’s spell, the kid turns to a TV horror movie host to teach him how to kill the vampire before it kills him.

–Colin Farrell is the vampire, and the kid is played by Anton Yelchin, who you know as Chekov in the new “Star Trek” movies.

#2.)  “Conan the Barbarian“ (R)

–Your new Conan is Jason Momoa.

–There were two Conan movies starring Arnold Swarzenegger . . . the 1982 original and its 1984 sequel, “Conan the Destroyer”. A third movie was planned, but Arnold moved on to “Predator” and the film never got off the ground.

–This remake follows the basic story of Conan . . . a warlord destroys his village, then young Conan grows to manhood and hunts that guy down for revenge.

Muslim Extremists Want David Letterman Dead

DAVID LETTERMAN is the target of Muslim extremists . . . and he might want to take the threat seriously.

–Apparently, Letterman told a joke during a recent show mocking the death of an accused terrorist leader named Ilyas Kashmiri . . . who was killed by a U.S. air strike in Pakistan in June.

–SITE Intelligence Group . . . a private company that watches the Internet for signs of terrorist activity . . . says the threat appeared on a website that’s known to be used by al-Qaeda.

–Whoever posted the threat called for someone to, quote, “cut the tongue of this lowly Jew and shut it forever.”  (–Letterman isn’t Jewish.)

–He added, quote, “He showed his evil nature and deep hatred for Islam and Muslims, and said that Ilyas Kashmiri was killed and he joined bin Laden.

–”We ask Allah to paralyze his tongue and grant the sincere monotheists his neck.”

–Because of the nature of the website the threat appeared on, Site Intelligence is advising Letterman to keep an eye out, and take precautions as if he were being stalked.

–The website in question is called Shumukh-al-Islam.  And SITE Intelligence describes it as, quote, “a clearing house for al-Qaeda material.”  It’s often the first place messages from al-Qaeda appear in the U.S.

–SITE is currently trying to uncover the identity of the poster.  Letterman’s people declined to comment.

Abercrombie Vs. The Situation Fallout: MTV Says It’s a Publicity Stunt, and They’re Probably Right

MTV has responded to Abercrombie & Fitch’s offer to The Situation to pay him to STOP wearing their clothes.

–MTV said, quote, “It’s a clever PR stunt, and we’d love to work with them on other ways they can leverage ‘Jersey Shore’ to reach the largest youth audience on television.”

–The Situation hasn’t directly responded to Abercrombie, but he did Tweet, quote, “Looks like Abercrombie got themself into a Situation!”  He also linked to a CNN article saying that Abercrombie’s stock fell 9% after they dissed “Jersey Shore”.

–A so-called “source” tells MTV that Abercrombie never attempted to make an offer PRIVATELY to The Situation or to the show . . . so it was only done in the press.

The Only Artists to Have Five Songs Off One Album Go #1 Are: Michael Jackson . . . and Now, Katy Perry

Up through last month, only ONE artist had ever managed to have FIVE #1 singles from ONE album in the 53-year history of Billboard’s Hot 100:  MICHAEL JACKSON.

–He did it with his 1987 album “Bad”.  The five #1 singles were:  “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You”, “Bad”, “The Way You Make Me Feel”, “Man in the Mirror”, and “Dirty Diana”.

–It also had “Smooth Criminal”, but that topped out at #7.

–Well, now another artist has tied that mark.  And it’s KATY PERRY.

–Katy’s single “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)” just went #1, and it was the fifth chart-topper off her latest album, “Teenage Dream”.

–The other four are:  “California Gurls”, “Teenage Dream”, “Firework” and “E.T.”.

–For what it’s worth, Michael’s five singles happened over nine months and two weeks, while Katy’s run took one year, two months and a week.

–Yesterday, Katy Tweeted, quote, “What a way to wake up!  SO proud to announce that the little-engine-that-could of a song ‘LAST FRIDAY NIGHT’ is officially #1 & made HISTORY! . . . [and] u know, I couldn’t have done it without ya.”

Jennifer Hudson is Prouder of Her Weight Loss Than She Is of Her Oscar

JENNIFER HUDSON has lost a TON of weight since her days on “American Idol” . . . and obviously, she’s proud of that.

–But check this out:  She tells “Self” magazine, quote, “I’m prouder of my weight loss than my Oscar.”  Jennifer won Best Supporting Actress for “Dreamgirls” in 2007.

–Before she was famous, Jennifer was a size 16 . . . and she thought she was, quote, “the perfect size.”  But obviously, that changed.

–She says, quote, “I didn’t even know I was considered plus-sized until I came to Hollywood . . . An interviewer asked, ‘How does it feel to be plus-sized in Hollywood?’

–”I looked around, like, Who is she talking to?  Oh, me?  I’m plus-sized?  In the neighborhood I’m from in Chicago, a 16 is normal. But in Hollywood, everyone looks exactly the same, so I stood out.”

–Jennifer decided to lose weight while she was pregnant with her son, who’s 2 now.  She says, quote, “I thought, hold on . . . why doesn’t anybody know I’m pregnant?  And I wanted to set a good example for my son.”
